Me, summoning the Shades on Bone Hill, Dartmoor. Bone Hill is one of many tors on Dartmoor. A tor is a freestanding rocky outcrop, often granite, that stands out from a more gently rounded hill. Probably formed from erosion of softer rock surrounding a harder column of igneous stone. The word may have celtic roots or possibly relate to the word tower. The tors give Dartmoor a special flavour; at once bleak and inspiring. From Instagram:
